PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

Client: Cedarville University Board of Trustees

Location: Cedarville, Ohio

Size: 180 acres

Although this small Midwest campus had existed for over 100 years, a complete master plan had never been prepared. A detailed assessment was conducted for the site and adjacent expansion areas.

 

The Master Plan identified all future physical improvements including roads, parking, new building, green spaces, water   features, landscape athletic fields, and entrance relocations. The plan emphasized the creation of interconnected pedestrian green spaces, a functional loop road, flexibility in campus expansion, perimeter parking, and outdoor worship and meditation spaces.

 

The plan was prepared in collaboration with A.M. Kinney, Associates by Gary Meisner while a partner at BMA Inc.
